Shipping policy

Please allow 2–3 business days for order processing. Once your order is ready, we’ll send a shipping confirmation with tracking info. Shipping typically takes 2–8 business days. Please double-check your shipping address as we cannot cover costs to resend packages sent to the wrong address.

At this time, we are shipping only within Canada. Stay tuned for updates on U.S. and international shipping!

If your package is lost, we recommend contacting your shipping provider directly and providing your tracking number. This is usually the fastest way to resolve the issue. If you experience any further problems, please contact us directly and we will assist you.
